This is the Be Well Provider Team. Anchored by Dr. Melecia Fuentes, this team has thirty years of combined clinical and emergency experience. Each provider maintains board certification in Family Medicine. The practice's focus on quality of care has been recognized by the top-performing Accountable Care Organization in the country (RGVACO) as well as Cigna Healthspring. We strive to offer complete high quality care in a friendly and professional environment and are constantly challenging ourselves to continually improve.
Melecia Fuentes MDDr. Fuentes returned to her native Weslaco to care for the community that gave her her start. A retired Air Force Captain, she now works to build a strong system of community care.

Adrienne Casciato FNP-CA seasoned professional, Ms. Casciato brings a compassionate yet no-nonsense approach to medical care. She is a seasoned critical care nurse with 10 years of nursing experience and seven years of Family Practice primary care.

Melissa is an RGV native with long twenty years of ICU experience now being applied as a Nurse Practitioner. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best care possible and you get all your questions answered. We are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber on the team and you will notice the difference when you meet her.

Ruby is an RGV native intensive care nurse who has worked oncology, hospitalist, and primary care settings. She has found a home at Be Well. She is an excellent, caring, clinician and we are so pleased to have her on the team.
